This week on John Kruse interviews Captain Paul Kim with Fishing PNW Guide Service about spring and summer fishing on Puget Sound. John also shares this summer's Washington State salmon forecast and regulations. After that you'll hear an extended Mack's Minute with Bob Loomis who is promoting the Wenatchee Salmon Derby.
From there we shift to a conversation with Amanda Fry with Wyoming Game and Fish who shares the latest outdoors news from the Cowboy state, and we'll also talk to Stefanie Knowlton with Oregon State Parks about some parks you should visit this summer that are east of the Cascade mountains.

Following that we have an in-depth chat with Andrew McKean, writing for Outdoor Life about a Senate budget proviso that could result in the sale of between 250 and 280 millions acres of Federal public lands in 11 western states.
